All game titles, character names, game mechanics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners. Any use of these names or references is purely for identification, commentary, and informational purposes and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

3. Nature of the Service — Research & Informational Purposes Only

The Service is provided strictly for personal research, educational, and informational purposes only. All Content, including but not limited to hero data, battle simulations, lineup recommendations, stat calculations, upgrade priorities, and any other game-related information:

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE GAME WHITEOUT SURVIVAL MAY BE UPDATED, CHANGED, OR MODIFIED AT ANY TIME BY ITS DEVELOPERS, AND THAT SUCH CHANGES MAY RENDER ANY CONTENT ON THIS SERVICE OBSOLETE OR INACCURATE WITHOUT NOTICE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR, HIS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONTENT, RECOMMENDATIONS, OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; (C) ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON CONTENT PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE; (D) UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; (E) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT ON THE SERVICE; OR (F) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE OPERATOR FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE OPERATOR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR £0.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator and his affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees and costs) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of or access to the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right.
  • Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
  • Any data you submit or provide through the Service.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

8. Gift Code Service — Additional Terms

The gift code redemption feature is provided as a convenience service. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are voluntarily providing your in-game Furnace ID (FID) for the purpose of automated gift code redemption.
  • The Operator acts solely as an intermediary and does not create, control, or guarantee the validity of any gift codes.
  • Gift codes are sourced from publicly available community resources and may be expired, invalid, or region-restricted.
  • The Operator is not responsible for any consequences arising from the redemption of gift codes, including but not limited to account restrictions, bans, or any action taken by the game developers.
  • You use this feature entirely at your own risk.
  • The Operator makes no guarantee that gift codes will be successfully redeemed or that any in-game rewards will be received.

9. Intellectual Property

The original code, design, layout, and analytical tools of the Service are the intellectual property of the Operator. This does not extend to any third-party trademarks, game data, or content belonging to other parties. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without the prior written consent of the Operator, except as permitted by applicable law.

10. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

11. Takedown & DMCA Compliance

The Operator respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content on this Service infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us with a detailed description of the alleged infringement. We will review all legitimate requests promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing the identified content.

12. Non-Commercial Nature

The Service is operated on a non-commercial, community-driven basis. The Operator does not charge users for access to the Service. Any voluntary donations received (e.g. via Buy Me a Coffee) are personal tips of appreciation and do not constitute payment for services, licensing fees, or commercial transactions. The non-commercial nature of the Service is a relevant factor in fair use analysis.
